When you submit the application form, we collect the details you give us:

- your annual turnover range, the amount you want to raise and when you want to start
- your description of your business and what the funds will be used for
- any document you choose to attach, such as a business plan or brochure
If you email us, we keep the email and your contact details. We do not ask for passwords, payment card details or identity documents on this website.
How we use it
- to review your application and decide whether we can help
- to contact you about your application
- to keep a record of enquiries and meet our legal and professional obligations
We rely on your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form, and on our legitimate interest in running our business and replying to enquiries. You can withdraw consent at any time.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We will not share your details with investors or other third parties without your permission, except:
- service providers who help us run the website, receive form submissions and provide email, who may only use your data for those services
- professional advisers such as lawyers and accountants, where needed
- authorities, where the law requires it
Some of these providers may store data outside your country. We choose providers that protect data appropriately.
How long we keep it
We keep application details for up to 24 months unless we start working together, in which case we keep them for as long as the work and our legal obligations require. We then delete or anonymise them.

This website does not currently use advertising or analytics cookies. If that changes, we will update this page and ask for consent where required.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to see the information we hold about you, correct it, ask us to delete it, object to how we use it, or withdraw your consent. We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no website or email is completely secure. Please do not send us anything you consider highly sensitive until we have agreed how to exchange it securely.
